Not going to put up with these rebel kids QQing about Frilly's global MOD powers being taken away. I did it because he doesn't deserve them. He does nothing around, and only causes more problems as a mod by wrongfully banning and/or kicking someone.

No need for a screenshot. Putting my foot down today, since so many people think they can abuse the rules.
